03 PLC control system

We take  PLC for the control system. It is pretty helpful for users to operate the machine. The control system will be in charge of the working condition like the speed, cutting length and cutting quantity.

The display screen will be the touch screen or the text screen, the language can be English, or as required.

04 Hydraulic cutting system

The hydraulic system is installed on the main Roll Forming Machine.

A key Part is that we install a cooling system on Hydraulic Oil Pump, so it can ensure long time working under high temperature. Then it can improve the machine's working ability.
