WORKING FLOW
Raw material (steel coil) → uncoiling →material accumulating → non-power leveling →mill-forming → high-frequency welding → removing burrs outside of weld seam → cooling → sizing → roughly straightening → fixed length cutting → run-out table

1.Pneumatic double-side uncoiler
Structure type: Double-side 180ºrotary pneumatic expanding tightly, which insure steel coil feeding alternatively and make steel strip going into accumulator freely.

2.Shear and butt-welder:
Shearing and butt-welder, which insure double steel tidily and then welding and leveling weld seam and supply strips for
accumulator.
3.Squirrel cage type accumulator
Its main function is to store a certain amount of steel strip for supplying main machine before it doing head and end welding to make sure main machine's continuous production without stopping
(1) Structure: squirrel cage type plate welding part with automatic feeding and delivery system.
(2) Adjusting method: Manual spiral adjusting.
(3) Store volume: 150-400m.
