The BH-1200-800 arched roof sheet forming machine has 10mm thick arch shaping leaves which is the key part to make arch sheets. The manufacturing process for the leaves is computer controlled, which ensures high dimension accuracy. The arch sheet building machine also has solid shafts and solids rollers made of 45# steel plated with hard chromium. The length of the finished sheets can be measured electronic or mechanical measurement instrument.

The arch sheet building machine has hydraulic and mechanical cutting ways. Its controlling system can be also manual and automatic. The helping hand wheel and the counter are used in adjustment of the arch sheet bending, making the operation simpler. The arch sheet roll forming machine has a light and handy hoisting tool with about 2 Kg weight and convenient to install and uninstall.
